The Signature Day-Of Bride has dreamed of her big day for years and knows exactly how she wants everything to be and has the time to see that it is the way she wants. This package is designed to let the mother of the bride and the bridesmaids enjoy the day! The Day-Of Coordinator is available for a 10 hour period on the big day to help oversee all details.

• Organization meeting 6 weeks prior to wedding
• Customized detailed timeline of wedding day
• Confirmation for vendors prior to wedding
• Last minute details at venue such as decorating & set-up
• Verifying that rings and marriage license on site
• On-Site Emergency Kit
• Instruct bridal party of duties
• Assist bride and maids with dressing
• Pinning corsages and boutonnieres on family members, groomsmen and honored guests before ceremony
• Distributing bouquets to bride and bridesmaids before ceremony
• Seating instructions for ushers
• Organizing and lining up parents and wedding party for processional
• Placing items at guest book stand & gift table
• Set-up favors, candles and other small accessories
• Secure all gifts and personal items with designated caretaker
• Deliver final payments to vendors
• Wedding Coordinator & one Assistant
• Prices includes 1 Maid/Matron of Honor, 1 Best Man, 2 Bridesmaids & Groomsmen, Flower Girl, Ring Bearer, 2 Ushers & Guestbook attendant
